Place is dirty. Employees seem unhappy. Lady asked me if I was done with the sugar when I was checking out at the register. I asked “so you’re pretty much telling me to put the sugar back in the holder” she said “yes”. Then I presented my earnify rewards card on my phone and she was unfamiliar with it and asked “ I’m not sure what that is but if you tell me how it works I can look into it. She thought the barcode was a coupon. I said no it’s for reward points. I was surprised when she asked me how it worked factoring in. She’s the employee not me.

This place has become dirty and disgusting! Especially the bathrooms!!! I used one of my shower credits so I could hopefully use something clean. It was in the morning and not very many people there. It took about 5 minutes to get assigned a shower. Im not sure what took so long considering no one was there. It sure as hell wasn't to clean it. Although I will say it was better than the bathroom.

Came here today to fuel up & get a shower and get something to eat. This location in PA is clean and well maintained inside and out. They have a repair shop on site with all the snacks/drinks and different foods options at your disposal. Subway, Pizza Hut, different stuff inside the TA store. Parking, this place has plenty of parking. It's 8:02pm right now and there was plenty of parking when I got here 45 min ago. Stop in & check this place out.

I had my steering tires replaced here, and Linda handled my request with great enthusiasm and professionalism. Justin also took the time to advise me about my drag link and hub assembly, which I truly appreciated. This is honestly the first time I’ve experienced such excellent service at a TA location. Normally, TA maintenance personnel tend to be reluctant and not very eager to help, but this location was a complete exception. This is the second TA that has earned all my stars—the other one is TA Eugene, OR. Outstanding service like this really stands out.
